We are open Monday-Friday 9:00AM to 5:30PM and we are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

We do it all. If you can’t find it anywhere else, we can make it for you! We offer a range of human and pet medications custom compounded for you and your furry friends.

New Prescription or Refill

When and how should I request a refill?
You should request a refill 7 days before you run out of their medication. You can request a refill by either 1) filling our Refill Form on the website, or 2) calling us at (407) 644-1025 to speak with our customer care team directly or to leave a voicemail on our refill phone line.
What services do you offer?
We do it all. If you can’t find it anywhere else, we can make it for you! We offer a range of human and pet medications, from traditional retail medicine to custom compounded medicine for you and your furry friends.

Billing

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express. We also accept CareCredit. We do accept checks, but please know that we must receive the check prior to processing your prescription. We require pre-payment for all compounded medications.
Can I get a quote for my prescription?
Of course! Please call our customer care team at (407) 644-1025 regarding your scripts.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance for compounded medications nor do we accept CareCredit. However, we’ve found that we can provide our compounded medications cheaper to patients by cutting out insurance providers. You may decide to self-submit to your insurance for reimbursement, and we are happy to help you with any information you need.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free 2-day shipping for standard compounded medications that aren’t refrigerated/frozen. For refrigerated/frozen compounded medications, the shipping fees can vary from $10-$30. For retail medications, the shipping fee is $7. Overnight shipping is a standard price of $35 during the week and $60 on weekends.
