How do I know if my doctor sent in my script?

How do I send in a prescription from my doctor? Can I email/fax you, my prescription?

If your doctor has provided you a hard copy of your prescription, we can only accept a physical copy by mail or in person. However, if this is not a convenient option for you, please have your doctor call in the prescription to our pharmacy directly. Office # (407) 644-1025

How long does it take for a compounded medication to be made?

Compounded medications are made from scratch specifically for the patient. This often takes 2-3 business days to complete.

When should I request a refill?

We ask that you refill your prescription a week before you need it. Refills take 2-3 days + shipping and processing.

How do I request a refill?

The easiest and most efficient way is through our online refill system (link to refill system).

Where should my doctor fax my prescription?

For compounded medications, the fax number is (407) 539-2143. For retail prescriptions, the fax number is (407) 644-0160.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE standard shipping on compounded medications. However, if your prescription needs to be shipped on ice, we charge an $8-$15 fee.
